Price per hat drops significantly with volume. More hats = better deal.
Big drop at 500+: price falls from $12.95 → $10.35/hat. Order 500 and you spend less total than ordering 400.
Pricing shown is an average — every project is custom-quoted, and your total can vary with the complexity of your logo. Prices include UPS shipping. Your final quote is confirmed after you submit a mockup request — no payment until you approve everything. Quantities between tiers are available; just ask for a custom quote.

I've always been a “hat guy.” From playing collegiate baseball to creating my own hats to rep my own brand, Realizations, wearing a hat has always been a way to express myself in a way that I choose.
I've seen too many brands waste money on hats that look cheap and spend more time collecting dust than on heads. Weak embroidery. Low structure. Print-on-demand quality. Higher prices for worse product. If you're going to do it, at least do it right.
So I did the hard part. I ordered samples from 20+ manufacturers — tested materials, confirmed fit, compared stitching, and evaluated communication. Then I narrowed it down to the best partner.

How long does the whole process take?+
Orders typically take around 6 weeks from start to finish. Production and quality control take 25–30 days, followed by 7–10 days for shipping to your door.
What is the minimum order quantity?+
The minimum order quantity is 50 hats per style. If you'd like multiple hat colors, each color requires its own MOQ of 50. Samples are available as a single unit, though they're less cost-effective — we recommend ordering no more than one. We can also send you one of our premade hats so you can feel the quality before committing, saving you both time and money.
How do I get started?+
Getting started is simple. All we need is a picture of your logo (any format works) and an idea of the hat color you're after. From there, our design team handles the rest — creating embroidery files and mockups for your approval.

Does the price include shipping?+
Yes — the price you see is the price you pay. Shipping is included, so your hats arrive at your doorstep with no surprise fees or hidden charges.
When is payment due?+
Design and ideation are completely free — you won't pay a thing until you're ready to place your bulk order. Once you've reviewed and approved everything, full payment is collected at that time. No deposits, no surprises.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?+
Absolutely. We stand behind every hat we make with a full satisfaction guarantee. If any hats arrive damaged, we'll replace them at no extra cost — no hassle, no runaround. We're so confident in the quality that offering this guarantee is a no-brainer.
What file types do you accept for logos?+
Any format works — even a screenshot. Send us what you have and our design team will take it from there.
Can I add a side logo to my hat?+
Yes! You can add a custom side logo at no additional cost. Just let us know when you get started and we'll incorporate it into your mockup.
Can I see a sample before committing to a bulk order?+
Absolutely. We can produce a sample hat with your exact branding and colors, or ship you one of our premade hats so you can feel the quality firsthand. The premade option is quicker and more affordable — a great starting point if you just want a feel for what we make.
How many colors can my logo have?+
Your logo can have up to 10 embroidery thread colors — more than enough for most designs. Not sure how to translate your logo into thread colors? Our design team will help figure that out during the mockup process.
